Documents Required for Aadhar Card Enrollment

If you don’t have yet applied for Aadhar Card and want to apply for Aadhar Card then these are the documents you will be required to attach. First you need to visit the UIDAI office which is located in every state and every centre of India. Or else you can also get the UTI pan card form online with visiting UIDAI site where you need to take a prior appointment. You can also go for the enrollment or UIDAI office without any prior appointment. You need to go there and ask for the enrollment form of Aadhar Card. or else if you have taken the prior appointment you need to fill the form first correctly so that you can save your time of processing.

You will get enrollment form from the state UDI office. See the form and fill it correctly with your name and surname. Write your mobile no if you have. Visit and find Tatkal passport here. Fill the pin code no correctly and surrender it to the UIDAI state office. If you are not finding address of UIDAI then you can also log on to the UIDAI site and find the location and area of your state.
